Exploratory Pilots

The Exploratory Trials section contains data dictionaries for API products that Smile API is currently piloting with select customers. These products are in active testing and are not yet available on the Smile Open API. Data dictionaries are published here to support integration work during the trial period. If testing goes well, these products will be promoted to the Smile Open API and their data dictionaries will be relocated to the appropriate product section.

Access to pilot products is by invitation only. Contact your Smile API account manager if you are interested in participating in an exploratory trial.

What you'll find here

Each page in this section documents the input and output fields for a trial product, including field names, data types, accepted values, and any relevant usage notes. These data dictionaries are intended to help trial participants understand the data they are working with during testing.

Because trial products have not yet been formally launched, they may not have corresponding endpoint reference pages on the Smile Open API. If you are looking for request and response schemas for a trial product, check with your account manager for the relevant documentation.
